Step into Pohatu Villa, where our design blends seamlessly with the tough land that surrounds it. Inspired by the strong local stone, our lines mirror the rugged beauty of the area, creating a home that feels rooted in nature. The high ceiling isn't just for looks—it lets in light and shadows, showcasing the charm of the rock.

We've used local Hinuera stones for the patio and the house to keep things. Materials that communicate peace. Pohatu House is more than a villa; it's a cozy retreat that brings strength and elegance under the same roof. Offering a home that feels just right in its natural setting.

Every choice, from the materials to the geometries, was made with the mountain in mind. AwhiMaunga is a break from the city bustling life that embraces the mountain. Dark hues, modern lines, and a connection with nature make it a home that fits into its surroundings.

Step into Tapawha, a project where we aimed for clean, bright lines and a lively vibe. Inspired by sleek modern houses in California, we designed a facade that makes a statement. The bright materials bring in a burst of color, making the home feel vibrant and dynamic.
