In Pohatu, we drew lines to match the rugged land, honoring the strength of local stone and high ceiling. Windows are set carefully for light and shadows to play, showing off the rock's resilience. We chose local Hinuera stones for the patio and overall house structure to ensure a both peaceful and environment friendly villa.

For AwhiMaunga, our intent was to conceive a residence intricately connected with the mountainous terrain. We used mostly dark hues materials aligning with the colors of the mountainous landscape. The use of contemporary and linear geometries brings its sophisticated aesthetic.

For Tapawha, we wanted to highlight clean, bright lines and shapes, and make it feel open and lively. Its facade was inspired by some sleek modern Californian houses. We used bright materials for the open and vibrant feel while blending a modern style with a touch of contemporary inspiration.

The Coastal retreat is all about portraying our vision for open views of the Pacific Ocean. It is carefully located for a 180 blue panorama. Every line contributes to the creation of a retreat that invites the ocean into the residence. We intentionally designed the large patios and open spaces connected with the main living room, allowing the nature to invite itself.
